These are the pictures I had from the internet, they are ALL we saw before we purchased the house. Too me it looked like a nice clean place, just needed some help. This WAS NOT the case. We pulled up to the house at 3 am after driving straight from Idaho and I could smell the mildew mold trailer smell from the porch. It was terrible.
Cleaning took around 10 days and 5 trips to home depot. We used Charcoal, Fans, Vinegar, essential oils, bleach and spray paint to fight the smell. Every fabric and piece of furniture had to be taken outside and washed. It was kind of a nightmare, we didn't know if we could beat the smell. On top of all this the washing machine was broken and the mold made me sick.
